Hotel West End Promenade Nice

The reception staff, especially Silvio, were incredibly helpful. The breakfast waiter was lovely, and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of classical music while he ironed. The hotel's location along the promenade was perfect. The entire staff, from bellboys to receptionists, were friendly, helpful, and professional. They handled guest complaints with professionalism. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was accommodating for guests with limited mobility, providing services like charging a mobility scooter overnight and delivering it in the morning. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold options, with plenty of fresh fruit, bread, and cakes. The room was bright, fresh, and clean.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.

Additionally, the hotel had a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions and offered beautiful views of the sea.

The bar/ lounge area was a great spot for me to grab a drink in the evening, and the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options to choose from.

Located perfectly by the Promenade des Anglais and close to many famous hotels. The balcony and sea view of the rooms is lovely. The atmosphere of the breakfast pavilion is enchanting with a Mediterranean touch. The high level restaurant is to be recommended. Many places of interest such as Old Nice, Antibes or Cannes are easily accessible from the hotel.

The breakfast buffet and the restaurant, La Siecle, were also great.
